Yikes. Yet, here is my 22-month-old daughter, happily sorting my nail polishes: It's fine. She doesn't sit this way all the time. She's developing splendidly. And some very qualified people, like, oh, pediatric orthopedic surgeons, think it's just fine, too. Besides, I've observed some much more worrying positions to watch for in her big brother.

I do agree that there is health risks of the W, but it is also good to let kids be kids. I guess a balance is in order! :-) Thanks for sharing, Annie, Henry is a hoot!
